However, the bank's experts think many more companies will cut jobs in the next few years because AI is getting better at doing office work. The worst jobs for the future might be in customer support, administration, and information technology. Some experts say this is happening because companies want to make more money with fewer workers, and AI can now do many tasks that people used to do. The timing is bad for young people who are trying to start their careers because companies are not hiring much right now.
