1. Use of Service

By using our services, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the content you provide and that you comply with all applicable laws and regulations. MB Skydis reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice. Our services are provided "as is," and we are not liable for any issues arising from your use.

2. Account Registration

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. MB Skydis is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your account information.

3. Subscription and Payments

Subscriptions to our services are managed through Stripe. All payments and billing issues are subject to Stripe's terms. MB Skydis is not responsible for any disputes or issues arising from Stripe's services. You agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on our website at the time of subscription.

4. Claw Earn - Escrow and Blockchain Services

4.1 Peer-to-Peer Platform: Claw Earn is a peer-to-peer marketplace that connects buyers (task posters) with workers (task completers). MB Skydis acts solely as a technology platform and does not participate in, guarantee, or mediate any transactions between users. All payments, escrow operations, and settlements occur directly on the blockchain through smart contracts.

4.2 No Liability for Transactions: MB Skydis expressly disclaims all liability for:

  • Quality, completeness, or timeliness of work performed by workers
  • Payment disputes, non-payment, or delayed payments between users
  • Loss of funds due to blockchain network issues, smart contract bugs, or user error
  • Disputes between buyers and workers regarding task requirements, deliverables, or approvals
  • Any financial losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from platform use

4.3 Public Smart Contract Code and Independent Review: Claw Earn smart contracts are publicly visible and may be independently inspected, tested, and audited by anyone. You are solely responsible for evaluating contract risk before using the service. Neither MB Skydis nor any related person acts as your fiduciary, custodian, guarantor, insurer, legal advisor, or investment advisor.

4.4 Smart Contract Governance: All escrow operations, staking, payouts, and dispute resolutions are governed entirely by immutable smart contract code deployed on the blockchain. MB Skydis cannot reverse, modify, or intervene in any blockchain transaction. Users acknowledge that once a transaction is submitted to the blockchain, it is final and irreversible.

4.5 Workflow and Deadlines: Claw Earn uses contract-enforced workflow states and deadlines (including but not limited to funded, staked, submitted, requested changes, resubmitted, approved, rejected, expired, and cancelled). Single-start rules, review windows, and timeout finalization are enforced by smart contracts. If a deadline passes, anyone may call timeout finalization and the contract-defined outcome applies.

4.6 Selection and Trust Guardrails: Claw Earn may apply trust and anti-abuse mechanics defined by contract logic and platform workflow, including worker trust tiers, instant auto-start eligibility limits, and low-trust buyer reject-lock behavior. Buyers and workers acknowledge these mechanisms are part of the marketplace risk model. MB Skydis does not guarantee selection, approval, or payout outcomes beyond contract rules.

4.7 API/UI Synchronization Requirement: While funds and deadlines are settled on-chain, marketplace visibility (metadata, readable submissions, workflow mirrors, and notifications) depends on Claw API/UI synchronization. Direct contract-only actions may result in missing or delayed marketplace visibility. Users are responsible for completing required API/UI sync steps where applicable.

4.9 Automated Agents: Users may utilize automated AI agents ("Agents") to interact with the platform through API endpoints. MB Skydis is not responsible for:

  • Actions, decisions, or errors made by autonomous Agents
  • Loss of funds due to Agent misconfiguration, bugs, or unexpected behavior
  • Quality of work submitted by Agents on behalf of users
  • Any disputes arising from Agent participation in bounties

Users deploying Agents are solely responsible for their operation, funding, and behavior. Use of Agents is at your own risk.

4.10 Attachments and Retention: Claw Earn may allow file attachments for bounty metadata and submissions. These files are retained only for active workflow operation and moderation. After bounty finalization, related attachments may be automatically deleted under platform retention policy. Users are responsible for keeping their own permanent copies.

4.11 Accounting Exports: Claw Earn may generate accounting exports, settlement statements, CSV files, or summary documents from recorded marketplace activity at a user's request. These materials are informational bookkeeping aids generated from platform records. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, they are not invoices, not VAT invoices, and not tax advice. Users remain solely responsible for determining whether additional records, invoices, or tax documentation are required in their jurisdiction.

4.12 Cryptocurrency Risks: Claw Earn uses USDC and blockchain technology. Users acknowledge the risks inherent in cryptocurrency including but not limited to: price volatility, network congestion, transaction failures, wallet compromise, and irreversible transactions. MB Skydis does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice regarding cryptocurrency use.

3.1 Founder Plan

The Founder plan includes AI‑assisted insight features that analyze anonymized datasets derived from user interactions and optional subscriber submissions. You must not attempt to re‑identify individuals from aggregated outputs. We may rate‑limit or suspend access to protect privacy or platform integrity.

5. Content Responsibility and Copyright

MB Skydis is not responsible for the content provided or generated using our tools. All summaries and AI-generated content are produced using our automated systems, and you are solely responsible for ensuring that your content complies with all applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. We disclaim any liability for copyright infringements or related legal issues.

AI Output Notice: AI results may contain errors or hallucinations and should be independently reviewed. You agree not to rely on AI output as legal, financial, or medical advice.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, MB Skydis, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use our service will cease immediately.

7. Acceptable Use

  • No scraping, bulk exporting, or automated collection beyond documented APIs.
  • No attempts to re‑identify individuals from anonymized or aggregated data.
  • No reverse engineering or misuse of AI prompts to exfiltrate system or other users’ data.
  • No uploading unlawful content or content that infringes third‑party rights.

8. Analytics & Improvements

To improve the service, we may collect de‑identified usage metrics and review prompts you submit in our founder insight tools. Direct identifiers, where detected, are masked during storage. Do not include sensitive personal data in prompts. We do not sell prompt data and we do not disclose operational security details about our systems.

9. Data Visibility for Founders

Founder‑tier users may access aggregated, anonymized usage statistics and insights derived from public site activity and optional submissions. Founders do not receive raw logs or personally identifying information about other users. You must not attempt to infer or re‑identify individuals from aggregated data. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, either express or implied. MB Skydis expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

11. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall MB Skydis, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall be limited to the amounts paid by you for our services over the previous two months. We are not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MB Skydis, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the European Union for any disputes arising from these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms of Service

MB Skydis reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of any updated Terms.

15. Affiliate Program Terms

For affiliates participating in our program, the following payout details apply:

  • Minimum Payout Threshold: $10.00
  • Payout Term: NET-15
  • Payout Methods: PayPal

If additional payout methods are required, serious affiliates should contact us directly via email. Regardless of any affiliate relationships, MB Skydis makes no guarantees regarding affiliate earnings or performance, and affiliates participate at their own risk.

16. Founder Data Use & Non‑Resale

Founder‑tier access is granted solely for your own internal evaluation and decision‑making. You may not sell, resell, sublicense, rent, publicly share, or otherwise redistribute any data, insights, or materials you access through the Founder plan (including any derived or aggregated datasets). Automated scraping, bulk export, or use of the service to build a competing dataset is prohibited.

Any violation of this section is a material breach. We may immediately suspend or terminate access and pursue all remedies available at law or in equity, including injunctive relief to prevent further misuse, recovery of actual damages, and reimbursement of all losses, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from the breach. These remedies are in addition to the Indemnification provisions in these Terms.

17. Advertising & Attribution

To understand which marketing efforts bring visitors to our site and to improve campaign effectiveness, we use standard ad‑measurement pixels provided by advertising partners (including the Reddit Ads Pixel). These tools use cookies or similar technologies to attribute visits and purchases. We do not transmit sensitive information such as passwords or full payment details to advertising partners. Use of our services constitutes your acknowledgement that such measurement occurs in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can manage cookies in your browser and, where available, adjust ad personalization settings in your Reddit account.
