The agents can respond automatically to new messages, support manual bot interactions, run on configurable triggers, follow business schedules, and provide deflection reports. Pricing is published for the Professional plan starting at $50 per month for 20 Slack channels with 250 credits per month, with overage listed at $2 per 10 credits; Enterprise pricing is custom and adds items such as SSO with SAML, custom DPA and security review, bring-your-own-model options, and volume discounts.
